V/H/S/ Viral (2104)

Starring: Gary Bales, Emilia Ares Zoryan, Jusstin Welborn, Emmy Argo, Nick Blanco
Director: Marcel Sarmiento, Gregg Bishop, Nacho Vigalondo, Aaron Moorehead, Justin Benson,

Premise: An anthology of horror stories.

"Vicious Circles" - The wrap around episode where a teenagers chased down a van who kidnapped his girlfriend and finds a cyber nightmare.

"Dante the Great" - A magician gets his power from an evil cloak

"Parallel Monsters" - A scientist opens a doorway to a parallel universe which seems identical to his own. The truth is far more frightening.

"Bonestorm" - A group of skateboarding teens must fight black magic and zombies when they go skating in the wrong park.

My Take:
I enjoy this sequel better than the last one. The only tale I didn't really care for was the wrap around. The twist in "Parallel Monsters" is one that as to be seen. "Bonestorm" fells like a live action video game. And "Dante" was my favorite of the bunch.

Rating: In the middle
