Premise:
A team of hunters are determined to stop the Creeper before his cycle is up and he disappears for another 23 years.

The movie picks up from the end of the original and really acts like number 2 in the series. It has some fun moments with the kills and gore. Plus we get a little more on the lore of the Creeper.

American Horror Story: Cult [Season 7] (2017)

Starring: Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Alison Pill, Billie Lourd, Cheyenne Jackson, Billy Eichner, Colton Haynes

Premise:
After the Presidential elections, a lesbian couple tries to cope with the outcome and changes in the people of the town while a young, angry man decides to run for city council. He also may the head of cult that is terrorizing and murdering people in the town.

My Take:
This season was rather exhausting to watch. Though there a three episode stint that had me engrossed, then as usual it falls off the rails. I really haven't been a fan a series for awhile yet for some reason I keep watching. Most of the main characters are painfully annoying. The interesting secondary characters dont make it. A few surprises and twists just are not enough nor is the base of the story in reality.

A team of scientists make a human in a laboratory. They consider it a failed experiment and terminate it; only to have the creation escape and set out on the world.

Another take on the Frankenstein tale placed in modern times and from the monster's point of view. The cast is good but the story fails and remains rather mundane.

Starring: Roxane Mesquida, Nicholas Ofczarek, Carols Leal, Andrea Zogg

Premise:

My Take:
The film cuts between timelines where the constable is helping this lady who showed up out of nowhere and a group of herders in mountain who are toying with an old legend after a night of drunkenness. It's a fine flick as the viewer is constantly trying to figure out who these two timelines connect. And the legend is rather interesting as well.

Premise:
Season 5 has the clones banding together against Rachel, who know is in charge of the company, and the mysterious man who has been behind it all, P.T. Westmoreland.

My Take:
The series wraps up everything in a nice, neat little bow with a positive outcome for the sestras (a little too convenient). Tatiana Maslany is incredible as always and damn near the reason to watch alone.

I am still split on the series. At times it was outstanding and incredible television. At other times it was too convoluted and smart for it's own good. Overall, it's will remain one of the more interesting series of the decade.
