A tollbooth attendant is haunted by the ghost of woman who got into an accident on February 29 and every four years comes back for revenge.
My Take:
Another in a long line of the J-Horror long haired ghost stories. Nothing at all new to the tale to make it stand out. But the atmosphere and jump in time makes the movie somewhat interesting.
