Scar (2007)

Premise:
A woman returns to her hometown where she survived capture from a serial killer. And upon her return, the killings start up again.

My Take:
It took me about a third of the movie to figure out the time line of the movie. Maybe I wasn't paying much attention. It's a rather formulaic serial killer movie with a heavy torture angle. Nothing new or all that interesting.
