Premise:
A midnight showing of an infamous cult movie from the 70's causes it maker to drop in on the audience. Too bad he escaped from a mental institution three years earlier.
My Take:
It's got all the things which makes a fine slasher movie: a memorable villain and buckets of gore. And it has a nice twist with the victims becoming part of the movie, even if there is no attempt to explain why.
The movie is good to watch, but not great.
