Premise:
A girl is trying to decipher the blood written notes from her father's experiments. And another girl escapes from a  hospital

My Take:
Whenever the movie starts with a full grown women being born from a child's stomach it gathers my attention. Thus begins the tale of two unrelated women which an odd connection. While there's stuff that doesn't really fit together the movie was odd enough to keep me entertained.
This is number two in the Tomie series.
