Premise:
In a small community which houses a military base, strange murders begin happening. The local blames the military and the military believes it to be invisible vampires.

My Take:
Pure sci-fi camp is the best way to describe this film. It is unique in that the creatures are actually created by a scientist's mind and gain their power through radiation. Yep, this flick is out there.
