Director: James McTeigue
Premise:
A murderer is basing his killings on the works of Edgar Allen Poe. Poe is hired by police force to help them catch the killer.
My Take:
A bit of revisionist history wrapped up in a mystery. The film really didn't work for me. So much of it was simply convienent in order to move the film along. I did enjoy Cusack's performance as the tortured Poe.
