My Take:
This version is a more serious version of the original series which focuses more on answers concerning advancement in technology and science and what their repercussions might be. It's interesting just not exactly what I had hoped the series would be.

Favorite Episode:
"Monsters of the Deep" - Quinto searches for strange creatures from the oceans deep.
