~Mind Blowing: Search for this movie immediately. It can only be described as pure greatness and possible an instant classic.

~So Good: Highly recommended because for one reason or another it stands out above the usual fair. Put the movie on your radar as it wont disappoint.

~In the Middle: The movie is a nothing special, average affair. It may entertain in the short term but it will be easily forgettable in the long haul.

~Warning: This movie is a cliched driven slop of familiar territory. Only watch if you're really of fan of this type of material.

~Steaming Pile: The movie is absolute garbage, a complete bore, and not worth the time or effort.

Queen of Spades: The Dark Rite (2015)

Premise:
A group of teens summon a legend known as The Queen of Spades. When one of them mysteriously dies the rest realize they are up against a dangerous force.

My Take:
Interesting legend and boring execution (mostly).

Dead Daughters (2007)

Starring: Ekaterino Shcheglova, Mikhail Dementyev, Darya Charusha, Ravshana Kurkova
Director: Pavel Ruminov

Premise:
The ghosts of three girls who were killed by their mother pick a random person to watch over for three days and decide if they should live or die.

My Take:
Much of the move is just boring and good have benefited with 20-30 minutes being trimmed from the long running time.

The Bride (2017)

AKA: Nevesta

Premise:
A new bride goes to her husband's family home. She soon finds herself to be the next sacrifice in the long family curse.

My Take:
A lot of familiar territory is covered in the film but it does manage to keep the viewer interested.
