My Take:
A slick, stylish, and disturbing flick that plays with viewer's mind.

Premise:
After WWII the Nazi's managed to keep a top secret experiment in tact. Years later they are finally ready to unleash this deadly menace onto the world.

My Take:
If you're gonna make B-movie about Nazi's and zombies than you should put an ample of amount of gore. Instead there's a lot of talking and a lot of boring.

Ritual (2013)

Premise:
A woman kills a man in self defense. She calls her ex for help. Soon they find out she was suppose to part of a satanic ritual and the cult wants to complete the sacrifice.

My Take:
The movie builds up a good amount of suspense and tension. Thus managing to keep the viewer watching and interested, despite some flaws.

Kaidan (2007)

Premise:
A money lender is killed by samurai and dumped in a river. Years later, the son of the samurai falls in love with the daughter of the lender. However, the spirit of the dead is not far away.

My Take:
The movie has many different genres thrown in mix. Part modern ghost/supernatural tale and part ancient samurai movie with a decent dose of drama mixed in. The whole things works as far as it meshes well together yet, for reason it could not keep my full attention.

Dear God No (2011)

Premise:
A motorcycle gang goes on a murder and raping spree (apparently a daily occurrence) and end up in breaking into the home of mad scientist.

My Take:
Well you have bikers, bigfoot, crazy people, Nazis, and just about everything else under the cliches B movie sink thrown in this misses. I understand what it was going for, but unfortunately it misses the mark. It's just bad, hard to watch, and throws lots of shock value at the viewer for the sake of shock value.

My Take:
A charming and funny movie considering it's has suicide as the subject.

Orphan Black, Season 4 (2016)

Starring: Tatiana Maslany, Jordan Garvaris, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Kevin Hanchard, Kristian Braun, Ari Millen


Premise:
Season 4 sees the sestras (the sister clones) try to figure out a cure for the disease the will potentially kill them all and take down the corporation that made them.

My Take:
I still find this show fascinating. Though this season gets a tad hard to follow along with which sister is pretending to be the other, plus new sisters revealed, and throw in flashbacks that tend to make it a bit more confusing. Even with all that the show remains riveting.

Premise:

My Take:
Sort of a boring, slow paced movie with a decent story. Just too much talking and not enough action.
