~Mind Blowing: Search for this movie immediately. It can only be described as pure greatness and possible an instant classic.

~So Good: Highly recommended because for one reason or another it stands out above the usual fair. Put the movie on your radar as it wont disappoint.

~In the Middle: The movie is a nothing special, average affair. It may entertain in the short term but it will be easily forgettable in the long haul.

~Warning: This movie is a cliched driven slop of familiar territory. Only watch if you're really of fan of this type of material.

~Steaming Pile: The movie is absolute garbage, a complete bore, and not worth the time or effort.

Paranormal Activity: Tokyo Night (2010)

AKA: Paranômaru akutibiti: Dai-2-sho

Director:Toshikazu Nagae

Premise:
A women returns from the US with broken legs due to a car accident. Her brother stays at home to help her recover while their father works out of country. Soon the two discover that she may have brought something else back from America with her.

My Take:
It's a Japanese version of the American movie which does tie in to the series. While it does manage to tell a different and interesting story from the US version. It's not quite a remake and it's not quite a sequel. It has creepy moments, especially the last act, but ultimately the scares dont hold up.
